  13. I have already been offered an on-site position by at&t,-top pay for DSL tech support on site. I need a work at home position. I currently work at home doing DSL tech support for another company, with no benefits, and the pay is nearly half that of what some others pay. Please give me the information for this position, and my at&t recruiter should be able to forward my application information? I have already tested on-site. I alread have a power over Ethernet injector for the VOIP hard phone: may not need it if they give us a soft phones as an option. I’m very good at what I do according to my fix ratio and other metrix. I’m also a programmer, so I have computer skills. It’s what I do, so you’re not wasting your time.

  38. If you’re working from home and going through Arise as an independent contractor, do NOT go with AT&T. I REPEAT NO TO AT&T! They pay you by the minute meaning if a customer is not on the phone with you, even if you are doing work for them, you don’t get paid! I work from them and that’s how I know. They’re metrics and all suck!

    I am a retiree, retired in 1998.
    Over my 30 year career, I was in the residential part of the organization. I was an order typist, service rep., supervisor for order typing, supervisor in the billing division. I was also a supervisor in the Final Account Customer Center. During the last years of my career, I was a Business Analyst, taking requests from the business offices to create new codes, testing the new code and implementing. The last four years I was able to work from home.
