LiveOps Work at Home Agent Opportunites

LiveOps currently has following work at home opportunities:

Inbound Sales

These calls are primarily driven by responses to infomercials. Applicants with previous selling experience are preferred. A successful agent follows a script, takes the order, and provides additional services to each caller, building the order to its maximum value and ensuring that caller’s questions are answered completely and accurately. Although LiveOps receives calls 24/7, the primary time slots for direct response calls are weekend mornings and afternoons.

Outbound Consultative Sales

LiveOps has a large number of clients that use agents to make outbound consultative calls to their existing customers for cross-selling new or complementary solutions. These calls require agents that have an aptitude for consultative selling, many of which could be financial services products or high-end products.

Bilingual Agents

LiveOps takes a variety of calls from clients targeting Spanish and French-speaking audiences. Applicants must be fluent in both written and conversational Spanish or French, and previous selling experience is preferred. Most of these calls are similar to the direct response calls described above. The times when call volume for these calls is highest are weekend mornings and afternoons on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
