About the job:

  • All calls are outbound! No more sitting by the phone waiting for a potential lead to call.
  • No sales or fundraising calls! No solicit donations or attempt to sell products.
  • A minimum of 25 hours per week is required.
  • Phone Skills a Must.

Technical requirement:

  • A Windows-based PC (Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or higher, Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher, or Windows Vista.) with Internet Explorer, no Macs at this time.
  • USB Headset,
  • High-speed Internet connection (such as DSL or cable), must support at least 64 kbps in both directions (upload and download) your Internet provider can give you this information – (Wireless Internet and Satellite Internet will not work, unless it is Fiber Optic Internet).
  • Memory: Windows 2000 or Windows XP: 512 MB or greater — Windows Vista OS: 1GB or greater.
  • Java Runtime Environment version 5.0 or 6.0. Microsoft Office Suite is encouraged.

Is states that they need agents to work from home and that the apply button is back on their website but when you visit their website, there is no apply button and it clearly states at bottom of the web, company is fully staffed and is not currently accepting applications, so what is it? Are they hiring or not?
