About the job:
- All calls are outbound! No more sitting by the phone waiting for a potential lead to call.
- No sales or fundraising calls! No solicit donations or attempt to sell products.
- A minimum of 25 hours per week is required.
- Phone Skills a Must.
Technical requirement:
- A Windows-based PC (Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or higher, Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher, or Windows Vista.) with Internet Explorer, no Macs at this time.
- USB Headset,
- High-speed Internet connection (such as DSL or cable), must support at least 64 kbps in both directions (upload and download) your Internet provider can give you this information – (Wireless Internet and Satellite Internet will not work, unless it is Fiber Optic Internet).
- Memory: Windows 2000 or Windows XP: 512 MB or greater — Windows Vista OS: 1GB or greater.
- Java Runtime Environment version 5.0 or 6.0. Microsoft Office Suite is encouraged.
