Sutherland Hiring Work At Home Level 1 Technical Support

Sutherland Global Services is now accepting applications for Level 1 Technical support Work at Home Associates.

The Level 1 Technical Support Associate is responsible for handling technical support calls representing our clients’ customers and providing Level 1 technical assistance. The position requires a professional friendly demeanor with a strong desire to deliver the best possible customer service. They would also interact with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of providing assistance to customers that are setting up home networks and accessing the Internet.

Hours of Availability: Looking for people that can be flexible to work all 2 to 4 hour shifts between the hours of 7am to 2am Monday – Sunday.

Pay: $ 8.50 per hour plus $1.50 handle time(based on performance) =’s $10 per hour

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Dependable, proficient and high attention to detail
Good listening skills and ability to respond to unscripted issues
Troubleshooting/problem-solving experience required
Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
Ability to learn complex/continually changing materials in a group environment
Work at Home experience is a plus.

· 1 GHz or faster processor

· Broadband internet access through cable or high-speed DSL
· A dedicated work space from which to work
