Wayfair.com currently is looking for self-motivated Email Sales and Service consultants to work from home. This is a full time position. The pay is $11/hour plus monthly bonus potential and benefits begin on the first day of employment. Training in Logan UT is required.

Key Job Duties:

  • Use consultative sales approach to help customers in an inbound sales and service center explore product offerings, make purchase decisions, and resolve issues.
  • Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions.
  • Recognize, document and alert supervisors of trends in correspondence.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager i.e. telephone calls to service customers when call demand dictates.


  • Able to independently manage and drive personal workload.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Passion for helping customers, desire to make Customer Service a career.
  • Familiar with the latest e-commerce trends.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Must pass a background check and a drug screen.
  • Excellent comprehension, writing and keyboarding skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to assess and meet needs, build relationships and have a great attitude.
  • Must have a dedicated, separate, quiet and distraction free-work space.
  • You must be able to hard-wire your computer into your internet router. Your internet speed must be 5 Mbps or greater.
